We work with local team of manufacturers in the United States, Singapore and Hong Kong and shipping partners to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.
Our products are shipped domestically in United States via regular USPS package services. Every order will be prepared and packed within 2-4 business days or shorter. The estimated delivery time may vary, typically between 5 to 9 business days within the Contiguous United States and the world.
Please note: Orders placed after 1 PM EST will processed the following business day.
After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping notification and tracking updates to make sure you receive updates along the way.
Our products are made-to-order so we cannot accept any returns. But if you are dissatisfied with your order, simply email us within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide you with two options: item replacement or refund. This applies only to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt as a result of our error. We do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item that was mistakenly chosen by customer will be not accepted.
We require some helpful information including a photo of the item and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of further arrangement. Item replacement for defective item will be arranged at no cost.
If you opt for refund option, money will be refunded in the full amount of item prices in the same form as the original payment type.
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that have been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
